Curious about deepening your artistic aesthetic and better understanding composition, color, and your creative process?
Join artist and educator Laura Weiler for "Vision and Process,” a ~3-hour class focused on becoming an active creative explorer. Through LIVE demonstrations, slides, and lectures, we’ll discuss composition techniques, sources of style and inspiration, as well as step-by-step approaches designed to help elevate your work. You’ll also learn practical strategies and discover resources to help overcome common creative blocks, build a more consistent art practice, and uncover new dimensions of your process. These lessons are explored through collage, but the principles can be applied to any medium.

Will there be a LIVE DEMO? Yes! I will be sharing a LIVE demo, sharing lessons on select key composition principles, and also an Artist Trading Card set.
Is this recorded to view later? Yes! You do not need to attend the LIVE Demo and class to benefit from the info in “Vision & Process.” The recording is available for three months post-workshop, and the PDF is yours forever.
Is there a materials list? I do not send a materials list before the class. There will be no formal instruction on a project to work on during our time together, but you are, of course, welcome to collage during the lecture and demonstration!
